REAL WEDDING WEDNESDAY: Patricia & Charlie

Patricia & Charlie

March 31| La Rio Mansion | Belton, TX

Photographer: Shelly Taylor Photography

Patricia & Charlie tied the knot at La Rio Mansion in March, and many wonderful vendors came together to help create the wedding of Patricia's dreams. Shelly Taylor was the photographer, and design and planning was led by Taylor Bible Weddings. Giselle Callahan of Lovely Leaves created gorgeous floral arrangements in shades of red and burgundy. The bridal bouquet had King Proteas, lush roses, ranunculus, scabiosa and greenery.

The bride wore a strapless gown with a red sash that matched the roses in her bouquet. Her makeup and hair were flawless, with a special nod to Be.YOU.tiful Salon who was there to help create the wedding look. Patricia wore her hair down, with soft curls framing her face.

The reception took place outside as well, with round tables and chairs set up around the venue. The centerpieces consisted of white lanterns with a pillar candle inside, surrounded by greenery and blooms. Other tables had centerpieces with King Proteas and floral elements that matched the bouquet. The linens and other rentals from Confetti Rentals helped to make the reception space stand out. Pignetti's Italian Restaurant, a Central Texas favorite, catered the meal. And of course there was cake. The ombre cake by Lily's Cakes was absolutely stunning. The cake started out with white on top and transitioned into a light gray, and eventually a deep gray shade at the base. The cake was not only ombre, it also had layers of ruffles. Truly a piece of art (and delicious). The couple also had an ice cream bar in addition to the cake. And with entertainment by RRtheVoice in attendance, the reception was a party.

The stationery details were divine as well. The suite envelopes were a cream color, and the invitations had floral elements on them with the same pop of red that was seen throughout the wedding. There were so many elements that made this wedding special. Take a look at the pictures below and you will see what we mean.
