Laura & Britton had a beautiful wedding at The Phoenix. Their wedding took place on December 30th, and the florals and decor were perfect for a December wedding. The mantel at The Phoenix was covered in greenery. Silver candleholders adorned the fireplace, complete with pillar candles in varying heights.
The cocktail tables had silvery linens, and the florals provided by Wolfe Florist complemented the linens in such an elegant way. The reception tables had dark blue napkins with greenery at each place setting. The head table had a garland on it, and silver brunia berries, white roses and dahlias were just some of the floral elements in the garland. More pillar candles were used here as well. The tablescape was a dream. The head table also had "Mr. & Mrs." chairs with white hearts on the backs designating them as the most special seats in the venue.
The bride wore a dress with a plunging neckline and intricate crystal details on the straps. She also wore a stunning crystal belt as well. The bridesmaids wore long black dresses, and groomsmen wore black suits.
The bridal bouquet consisted of Christmas greenery, dusty miller, brunia berries, hanging amaranth, roses and dahlias. Elegant would be the word to sum up this gorgeous wedding. The pictures showed an event that was classic and timeless. Shelly Taylor of Shelly Taylor Photography always does an incredible job of capturing the stories and details behind each wedding day. We are thankful that she captured these moments, and we are grateful that Laura & Britton allowed us to see the photos from their beautiful wedding.
